About Shashua Family Foundation

Bar is responsible for financial and regulatory issues and serves as the CFO of the foundation's entrepreneurial arm. She has over a decade of experience as an accountant, including in the professional department of the accounting firm KPMG. Graduated with a BA in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting from the College of Management

As part of her role, Nofar is responsible for construction and implementation of the field strategy, professional accompaniment of the organizations and development of partnerships and solutions in the field. She has experience in municipal philanthropy and holds a BA in Government and Sociology from the Tel Aviv Jaffa Academy. Married to Tamir and mother to Ari.

Ori is responsible for developing and leading the foundations' Data and Impact Strategy domain including processes of impact planning and management, strategic learning, measurement and evaluation. She has an extensive managerial experience of 2 decades, working in public, business and non-profit organizations. Holds an MBA and a BA in Economics, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Ricky oversees the office of the Foundation's president and managing its operations in all facets. With over 15 years of experience supporting executives in large organizations, as well as in project management,  and administration, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Ricky holds a BA in Psychology and Special Education from Tel Aviv University.

As part of her role, Mayain is responsible for coordinating and operating the administration for the chairman and CEO and for the welfare of the foundation's employees. She holds a bachelor's degree in fashion design and a teaching certificate in education and has over 7 years of experience in office management and operations. Married to Yaniv and mother to Ofek and Yanai.

As part of her role, Shir is responsible for administrative operations and the welfare of employees at the foundation. Shir has over 5 years of experience in office management positions. She holds a BA in Communications from Ariel University and graduated from diploma studies in graphic design and content management at Shenkar. Married to Matan and mother to Aviv.

As part of his position, Eitan is responsible for the product and technological implementation of the various foundation initiatives. He has rich experience in product management and development of technological products with specialization in Internet and mobile applications. He lives in Herzliya, is married to Alin and a father of two.

Inbal is responsible for business relations, operating the grant program and developing partnerships with other organizations. She has experience in managing social projects, working with at-risk youth and exercising rights. She graduated with an MBA in social leadership from the Mandel Foundation Israel and a BA in social work from Ben Gurion University. 

As part of his role, Ofir leads the community of business owners of the foundation's entrepreneurial arm and is responsible for social media and marketing. Has experience in community management and motivating volunteers. BA graduate in logistics and economics.

Yoni oversees the implementation and advancement of technologies and information systems, as well as the analysis of derived information. With a background as a Full-Stack developer, he brings experience in programming, UX design, and building websites and apps. Holds a BSc in Computer Science from the College of Management and is a graduate of the Mamram unit.
