    At-Risk Populations

The at-risk populations division of the Foundation is dedicated to advancing children, youth, and young adults facing challenges across various aspects of life. With a focus on fostering life skills, education, and employment opportunities, as well as preventing and enhancing out-of-home care settings, the division strives to fortify the sector to ensure the delivery of tailored, high-quality, and professional services. To accomplish these objectives, the Foundation offers strategic assistance, fosters and initiates partnerships within and across sectors, and actively engages in advocacy efforts to promote policies and pioneer innovative platforms within the field.
